I started Inspirational by Design® in 2023 as a Professional Development consultation service offering content and instructional design, workshops, team building games, and more. My taglines “Be Inspired” or “Inspirational” are frequently used in social media to engage the community and provide uplifting, positive messages, encouragement, and support.

In 2024, I rebranded the company as virtual simulation-based training in the field of healthcare and took professional development to a whole new level!

With over a decade of experience in clinical simulation, I combined my talents for communication, clinical learning, and instructional design to provide healthcare learners with the opportunity to get what they need most: Virtual Simulation Training on-the-go at an affordable price. ​

Our philosophy is client-centered and Individualized. Key advantages for the client involve enhancing communication and rapport building skills, completing competency challenges, engaging in meaningful feedback, and earning CME credit!
