Training
The VSP will receive AIM Simulation Project© Training, Evidence-Based Feedback Training, and Professional Development.
Cases
Patient cases are tailored to the VSP, we DO NOT standardize our cases. People are unique and so are their issues, we believe in value based care and treating the WHOLE person.
Learners
Learners will interview and assess the VSP.
The VSP will score the learner and provide evidence-based verbal feedback.
