The AIM Professional Development Center extends interprofessional simulation principles beyond healthcare, fostering workforce collaboration, leadership, and a culture of safety across diverse disciplines. Participants engage in customized workshops, self-paced modules, and “Sharing Space” reflection sessions that integrate FAST–Simplify communication for clarity and REAL–Authentic empathy to strengthen team cohesion. Experiential team-building and leadership simulations promote applied skill transfer to workplace environments.
