In order to be an effective conversation partner, we must really listen to what the other is saying. It's not always in plain sight; it may be masked by subtext, non-verbals, and other hidden language. They may be trying to tell you something that is hard for them. It may be uncomfortable and profound so take the time to really HEAR them.
Be open-minded. Actively listen. Resonate what is being said. YOU are the #inspiration, show others that what they have to say is meaningful and appreciated.
