A 75 minute interactive and immersive experience designed to enhance communication skills.
Service Description
(30 min) Practice your communication skills by completing a focused patient encounter with a LIVE Simulated Patient (SP). Enhance patient communication skills as you traverse challenging conversations, embedded with patient values and concerns. (30 min) Practice your clinical reasoning and skills with a compatible case on a virtual gaming simulator. Enhance clinical reasoning and skills by completing physical exams, ordering diagnostics and interventions, consulting with other departments, and submitting a final diagnosis! At the end, you will receive a score and earn continuing medical education (CME) credit for a score of 85% or higher! (15 min) End the experience with a debrief consultation where we discuss insight, feedback, and results.
